THE WORST. I called for 3 weeks before getting a return text. The lady I was referred to didn't have any openings for a few weeks, so I told her I would wait longer. I was free all but Thur/Fri that week and I guess that didn't work and upset her? Because she asked if I would like to see someone else, I told her that was fine, I just wanted someone who knew how to cut long layers.... THAT WAS TWENTY DAYS AGO! How does anyone stay in business this way?
I am a client of Lauren. She is knowledgeable and intuitive. Lauren fixed mixed blond color on my hair, also reshaped it. 5 stars. I’m always happy with the outcome! Below left is the before picture, the right is after Lauren did my hair
