Horrible Customer Service – I wish there was an option for zero stars. I only called this salon not 10 minutes ago and simply asked " how much do you charge for a trim?" to which the woman who answered the phone laughed, and said " well a women's haircut is $35". I had to pause and hangup so I didn't tell her how I really felt, who actually laughs at someone for asking them a question? I would never go here and would never suggest a friend go here. Didn't quite understand that business philosophy.
