I do not recommend! I had a trial run for my wedding day. I brought pictures of hair and makeup. Renee was unable to produce a soft wave like the pictures and a soft smokey eye. I decided to try again with the makeup for my bridal pictures and do my own hair. On the bridal picture day ( I did my own hair) I expressed my makeup was too heavy and not the soft smokey eye like the pictures. Her response was it needed to be that way for the photos. The other reviewer must have a chip on her shoulder because I have never had a bad experience! I love Reflections. It's a family owned business that cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they're happy. The atmosphere is great, it's very high-class without the high prices some of the snobby salons would charge. Give them a try and I promise that you won't be sorry! I recently made an appointment here for 6 pm. I arrived at 5:50 and walked in with my husband who drove me. The bell to the door jingled and a stylist from the back of the salon came up, looked at us and walked back without saying a word. We walked into the waiting area after peeking into the front styling room, which was full of people. No one greeted us or even acknowledged us. We sat down anyway.
