Reflections Glass Company had the most impressive work crew I have encountered in years. After our home was burglarized, speed to repair the broken windows was crucial. Rodney, I will never forget the extra time and kindness you gave, fitting the work in on a weekend, communicating after hours, etc. Communication was excellent with all the team members and their work was flawless. I broke a glass shelf in the place I was staying visiting Hawaii. Sophia was super helpful and accommodating getting me a replacement shelf cut to size and polished in my short timeframe. So friendly and really saved me in a pinch! Great people.
After calling around to a few places, I ended up ordering some custom cut pieces of glass for a project from Reflections Glass. They were the only company that was willing to help me on short notice and Sophia was incredibly friendly and helpful! I was able to order over the phone and pick up my order the same day, and they had even smoothed down the sharp edges of the glass so it was much easier to handle. A little more expensive than some other places, but incredible service and quick turnaround was definitely worth it!
