To be kept in 1 room all day. Treated more like inmates, not ppl suffering eating disorders. Yes there were nice people who worked there but not all, most seemed to look at us like we were a burden and they hate their job. I did find another place that was fitting, Emily program, Durham location. Amazing! Seemed like everyone treated u like a family member they were genuinely concerned about and wanted to help

Terrible service, terrible nurses for the most part, chaotic for patients on any floor, dysfunctional and unorganized. Patient’s are regularly and frequently not given enough water. Rules are haphazardly followed when they want to be. Never a staff in sight to open any of the multiple locked doors leading to extended wait times on timed visitations.
