Terrible service, terrible nurses for the most part, chaotic for patients on any floor, dysfunctional and unorganized. Patient’s are regularly and frequently not given enough water. Rules are haphazardly followed when they want to be. Never a staff in sight to open any of the multiple locked doors leading to extended wait times on timed visitations. I was admitted to this treatment center twice in my teenage years. Both times my health was in a severe state and all the near by treatment centers were already full. My first admission I was 13 years old and the treatment was neglectful and at times borderline abusive. The staff withheld privileges in an attempt to encourage those who struggled to eat to do so, however the privileges that were withheld were the only things keeping the experience bearable. My daughter was admitted to Dominion due to a relapse and she had a great experience here. Her therapist Ashley Ahlers was absolutely amazing and was really invested in all the children's recovery and was available to help at anytime. Her nutritionist were also very helpful and understanding. The staff from the front desk and admitting office were absolutely amazing and helped with the insurance. Any treatment facility is only as good as you make it. No place is perfect but we had a great experience at Dominion.
