I begin; I want to say that I genuinely enjoyed my time at Reflections because of the Marina next door. The location is the property’s strongest asset. The apartment itself was okay—older, noisy, and it often felt like stepping back into the 60s—but I paid my $1,900 rent on time every month and appreciated being able to have my two dogs. The people who work in the office are absolutely TERRIBLE with communication. Everything they do is just for show. The hard wood apartments are a SCAM! Putting any pressure on the floor causes noticible dents! The balcony above our apartment has cracks, holes, and is bowing due to years of water damage. It is UNSAFE! We told them months ago and they still moved a new resident in! They don't get anything done!
