It is home.... (Verified Renter) It is home. When my wife and I first came to Reflection Pointe we loved how well kept the property was and loved how nice the landscape was. When we viewed the apartment I was sold almost immediately. I can definitely compare these apartments to my old luxury apartments that I lived at in Orlando, FL. It?s quiet at night and lively during the day. All in all this is by far one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in!
Overall, I have... (Verified Renter) Overall, I have really enjoyed living at Reflection Pointe. There are only 1 or 2 things I have not enjoyed/understood. I don't like that we are forced to pay $45 every month for a TV service that I don't use/ could potential bundle somewhere else and get cheaper. I've also noticed a recent change in the sewer/water bill that has increased rent more than I think it should have (particularly without any warning). It?s pretty quiet... (Verified Renter) It?s pretty quiet and conveniently located however property rules are not enforced such as pickings up after pets and garbage disposal.
Room Tour I went on a tour here & it really wasnt what I expected. Its much smaller, the counter tops arent really garnet & its not that nice in person the cost you pay monthly with the rent is ridiculous. We decided to look elsewhere.
Good location, poor customer service, bad rental agreement The location is right off Lakeland Dr and is easy to get to from I55. There are no grocery stores or dollar stores nearby and to get to them you have much traffic heading east on Lakeland. The rental agreements you sign is the most one sided agreement I've ever seen. You get to sign an agreement saying mold isn't a problem! (Notice the warped floors, walls and ceilings - that is where water got in the apartment.) Wonderful One Bedroom! I am so thrilled with my decision to move to Reflection Pointe! The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff responds to requests very quickly. I have plenty of room for all my furniture. There's lots of storage and closet space. The apartment was extremely clean when I moved in. I have a great balcony, too.
