This is a TERRIBLE nail shop. I have been going here for at least 12 years ( all the way back to Kevin) and have even told many other people to go here. Unfortunately recently I was getting my nails done and Tri wasted acetone on my phone. At first, Vivian told me that it would be paid for but when I came straight back with the receipt for my phone Vivian, Tri and Calvin all refused to pay for the repair and called the police on me for "theft of service" because I could not pay since all my cards were locked. This is my favorite nail shop ever. I have been going here since I was 16. Not to put yall in my business but I’ll be 38 this year and I’m never disappointed. If you have a chance stop in and get the ultimate glam experience. They provide waxing, eye brow tinting etc. My personal favorite is the designs. 🧿
Tri did it again!! Friendly atmosphere and I love how they handle older clients! Alley (I hope I spelled that right) did my pedi and I fell asleep!!
