We finalized the purchase of the house on August 31st 2020 and to this date we are regretting it. Completely irresponsible, won't answer text, calls, or emails. The house has broken tiles all over the place, they told us it was a problem with the manufacturer of the tiles, not with the installation, but some tiles that aren't broken yet sound hollow.
