My wife and I went to Reflect Bistro today for their Sunday breakfast. We have been there many other times, the service and food were always good. Today the service was awful. Our server (M.A.) came to the table with a nonstop, uncovered cough. We ordered drinks. Asked the server for cream for the coffee and she replied "you ask for a lot". We had a wonderful dinner there last night. My companion chose the shellfish with pasta, while I had the salmon with a maple syrup glaze with a drizzle of fig sauce served with perfect asparagus spears. Our server was excellent, professional, and helpful, and explained the menu choices well. I go to this restaurant every couple of months, and while other meals there have always been good, this one was outstanding. Since I work in the hospitality sector, I will be recommending this restaurant to our guests.
