I had a very disappointing experience. My scheduled appointment was at 11:00 am, but I ended up waiting two full hours. The lack of communication and constantly changing arrival times was extremely frustrating. On top of that, I felt that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was actually done. Overall, this was not a professional experience, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
I'm soo impressed with the tile restoration Roberto does! He brings outdated tile back to life and makes it look brand new. The workmanship is excellent, the process was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations.
