I had a very disappointing experience. My scheduled appointment was at 11:00 am, but I ended up waiting two full hours. The lack of communication and constantly changing arrival times was extremely frustrating. On top of that, I felt that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was actually done. Overall, this was not a professional experience, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
I'm soo impressed with the tile restoration Roberto does! He brings outdated tile back to life and makes it look brand new. The workmanship is excellent, the process was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations. My wife did the legwork in finding this company. I sent a couple of photos of the rust and ding in my tub and was given a price to repair and refinish. Daniel was the person who came out and completed the job. He was very efficient and protected the the surrounding areas and used an exhaust system to extract the fumes from the refinish product.
After a few months of researching we decided to work with Refinishing Rabbit to refinish our bathtub/ shower. We reached out to them and received a quick response for a quote. Once they let us know how long the project would take we moved forward and was able to schedule a visit a few days later. Roberto was very efficient, friendly, and informative.
