Great rooftop in the middle of Midtown bar staff are great and amazing view of Empire State Building. Cocktails and food was awesome u can’t go wrong 🍸😎
The bartender Daniel is totally rude. I can’t believe he over charged us and when confronted pretended like we are stupid. I will not be coming back to the bar or hotel for tolerating such belligerent and disrespectful staff.

We celebrated my son’s 16th birthday yesterday at Refinery Rooftop! Everything was amazing. Food was delicious, our waiter was so attentive and the atmosphere was perfect. Thanks for a very memorable 16th Birthday. Oh. almost forgot, the cheesecake was yummy 😋
