Top roof location....but very expensive as usually in NYC! Lonk drinks honestly medium quality...better in my home!
Absolutely breath taking views, first time I was at Refinery Rooftop was for a magazine cover shoot of Lance Bass and the location amazing so I knew I would come back with friends. 😎
Delightfully attentive. No reservations but squeezed us in to a nice table. Meat balls n advocado appetizers. Water n drinks kept full!!! Baby Doll cocktail,margeritta,and Stella on tap. Yes! Watched it rain ....perfect view from the rooftop that closed over us!

Beautifully presented. Fabulous view. Service perfect. Food tasty. Wonderful little haven aming the rush of NY. Tip .. go during the day when you can get a seat of your choise. At night often standing room only. Very popular.

Great spot, tasty appetizers.. but please - no more fried macaroni & cheese balls! The servers came around 3x more often with those than with all the others combined!
Great location with fantastic views of empire, reservation is a must . Drinks are not cheap but great . Best location I have been.
Number one for a reason! Best View, service, atmosphere! Cocktails are perfect!
