Booked an appointment. Showed up at the appointment time only to be told it’s the next week. After sitting there for 25 min with no acknowledgment. My first time there is my last unfortunately.
I am so impressed with Cesiley! I have very thin, fine hair and I am in the process of growing out my pixie. I went in with ideas and confusion and Cesiley listened patiently, gave me her thoughts and proceeded to give me the best haircut I've ever had. We (my family and I) are in awe of her ability at making my hair fuller! Pure skill and magic. Not to mention her calming vibe too! I will be back!)
If you are looking for a new hairstylist, I HIGHLY recommend Refinery Hair Co. I went to Cesiley for the first time and she absolutely killed it! I walked in only knowing that I wanted to chop off 18 inches to donate, but I was still hesitant on the cut I wanted. I had a few pictures showing different longer pixie cuts. Cesiley looked at each one, talked them through and helped me choose the one I wanted. She made me feel VERY comfortable and NAILED the cut! I will absolutely be going back to Cesiley!
