Love working out here! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, you definitely don't have to already be fit to come here, the coaches can scale the workouts to any level of fitness!
Refiner's Fire has everything you could possibly want in a Crossfit gym. Well kept equipment, varied workouts that always keep things fresh, amazing hands on coaching to make sure you're doing things properly, and a community that will keep you coming back even on your hardest of days.
