From start to finish I was truly pampered and taken care of. I hadn’t gotten my hair done is over 10 years and have a big event coming up. I found Refined online, when I called I spoke with Julayne, the owner, and she was so amazing. I explained my situation and she truly went above and beyond to get me in within my time frame. The environment here is nice, and booking was really easy and simple. But i did not get what i wanted in terms of style. Was hoping to get some nice curtain bangs, some color, and layers added into my hair but about 70% of my expectation was met. I wanted a burgundy color, but it didn’t pop hardly at all on top of my brown hair. Which i did somewhat expect, and that wasn’t the most disappointing part. OMG it was the most amazing experience I've ever had.A got hannah as my Hairstylist she was so nice and kind treating me like a princess She had the best attitude best personality The rest of the staff were so This kind, It Wasn't a too big shop So there was less of a crowd Making me feel more at ease i Could definitely recommend hannah as your stylist She made me look so beautiful.
