I'm really impressed with Refined salon and I would highly recommend "Hannah", who is also the salon manager. Hannah is very personable, listens well, and is great with color correction and highlights. The salon uses quality color lines and offers some great treatments for repairing damaged hair. -In a industry that unfortunately is full of stylists who cut corners and damage people's hair, I can say that will not happen at this salon. N. Idaho needs a place like Refined!
Hannah Smith does a wonderful job! I have never regularly got my hair cut due to hairstylist not listening to how much to cut off. She listens to what you want and ask questions to make sure it comes out how you like it. She did such an amazing job on my highlights and haircuts.
I had an awful experience the first time I attended this salon, but I decided to give it another chance and I was put on Casey’s books and she delivered! She reached out to me the day before and went over the services I booked, my expectations, and was honest about the pricing! She went above and beyond to make sure I loved my hair and listened to everything I said. On top of that she made me a killer dirty soda complimentary with my service. I cannot recommend her enough! Thanks Casey, love you girl!💗
My experience at this salon was beyond 5 stars! Rachel K did an amazing job on my hair. The hospitality was incredible, the vibe was perfect, and I loved the setup, the drinks, the food, and especially the wonderful ladies who work there. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
If you're looking for a salon this one is it!!! I can be slightly skeptical of reviews sometimes but I cannot refer this salon enough!! They absolutely deserve their 5 star rating. From the moment I walked in, the girls all treated me like we've been friends for forever.
