Superb Basement Remodel! We hired Refined Restoration this summer(2010) for a basement remodel. He added a tile bathroom, added egress windows to both the bathroom and one bedroom in the basement, and tiled our family room. It looks absolutely beautiful. The work was done in the time specified by Randy, and the final bill matched the bid exactly. We felt very comfortable with Randy in the house, even if we were not there, and he is so friendly and always cleaned up before leaving each day. We didn't feel as though our house ... read more
Excellent Quality, Speed, Comfort My husband and I hired Randy from Refined Restoration in 2008 for a bathroom remodel. It was so fast, 6 days for a full tiling of the bathroom, and new pedestal sink and toilet. We did not replace the tub, but did get new fixtures and a new shower head. At no point, was there a honey bucket at my house. He fully hooked my bathroom back up every day so we could use it, which was great, having only one bathroom in the house.
