First when I got there I was greeted immediately, didn’t get the ladies name but she was sweet and they had water and coffee available! Sarah was super sweet took the time to help me find someone for a massage the first time I needed one which brought me back to her because she was so incredibly nice! Then during my massage she took the time to communicate what she was feeling and doing. She asked how the pressure was and created a beautiful atmosphere that welcomed me fully.
