Dr. Ali is a most amazing PT and human! She truly embodies holistic care and was unwavering in her support when I was navigating a complex diagnosis. Her ability to listen and reflect, validate concerns, encourage, and collaborate are top notch skills that surpass your average provider of health care. I saw her for prehab and after surgery and she and her team were instrumental in my recovery. I am so grateful for Dr. Ali and team.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ali and my experience with Refined Physio! She’s the reason I’m able to continue doing the endurance sports I love. She’s helped me figure out complicated, interconnected problems and is focused on making sure I’m strong and pain-free. You won’t find a more caring and talented PT out there!
Dr. Ali is the first PT I’ve seen (and I’ve been treated by several) that went directly to the root of the issue and didn’t just start treating the surface problem. She has an incredible intuitive sense of other elements at play in the body and the interwoven structures of the body. Her explanations are clear and thorough and she explains and demonstrates the exercises in easy to understand and replicate ways. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ali and her team!

Refined Physio is a truly holistic healthcare experience. I have been with multiple therapists and they all listen and really meet you where you are at. I feel stronger both physically and mentally when I leave. It has been the best part of my postpartum experience.
