Anyone feeling nervous about taking that first step towards therapy at this location should know that the receptionist Bre is such a kind person and communicating with her felt warm and reassuring. Working with Valerie Wilson gave me the breakthrough moment I needed, she is a wonderful therapist.
After trying 4 other therapists. I am so thankful for the detailed plan and hope I have in my current care through this team it is nothing like the care I have received in the past and this experience really has me believing in therapy again. I look forward to every session and I absolutely recommend RMHW.
