I had a very disappointing experience with this lash business. I scheduled an appointment, left work early, and spent time driving around trying to find the location. When I finally contacted the owner, she told me it was her day off and that she did not have any appointment for me in her system. I didn’t like the initial drawn brows but she was adamant that that was the shape we should do. I think they make me look permanently angry and that the centers are uneven. I then had an allergic reaction and my eyelids swelled up for a couple days but they did get better after about 48 hours. They could be worse, but I was disappointed that she wasn’t willing to work with me on the shape at all and that she didn’t offer to fix them when I told her I didn’t like them.
