Shelby solved all my hair problems in my first visit!! I went in because she was recommended as a blond expert (and she did an amazing job!). I love my color, natural and bright!! She also suggested a couple of extensions as I was not happy with my last cut. I wasn’t planning on doing anything like that but I’m so glad I did. My hair looks SO much better! She really listened to me and outdid my expectations!! I’ve already booked my next 2 appointments!
Absoltely excellent hair extension install experience! Shelby does great work and you can really see the quality in your hair. She made the install process super easy for me as a first timer and answered all of my questions about what to expect. Highly recommend coming to Shelby for extensions or a blowout! She has a great customer rewards program for blowout appointments and product purchases too
I cannot recommend Shelby at Refined Haircraft enough! I’ve honestly never left a salon feeling this confident and happy with my hair. Shelby took the time to really listen to what I wanted, gave thoughtful recommendations, and absolutely nailed the color blend on my extensions. Shelby is the absolute best! She gave me a cut and full highlight and I’ve gotten so many complements! My makeup is amazing as well! I’ve been seeing Shelby since I was in 7th grade (I’m a senior in college now). You will not regret going to see her!
Such an easy 5 star rating! Shelby gave me really good advice: not to cut when I wasn't happy with my color. I now have beautiful, long blond hair and I'm so happy. Shelby is quite knowledgeable and stocks an interesting mix of products. Her assistant keeps the color moving along quickly and does a beautiful blow out. The salon is stylish and located in the heart of downtown Petaluma, an easy walk to shop & dine when your hair is looking its best. 5 stars for Shelby and Refined Haircraft
