I received a color analysis service and was working with Lauren. All I can say is this changed the way I view myself in the best way possible!! She carefully selected which color palettes are the most flattering for my skin tone, hair color, eye color, and even provided the most flattering jewelry finishes to pair with my colors! I paid for a premium package, but several promised services weren’t delivered. Was overcharged for an item by ~3x the actual price, which I only discovered after purchasing from stylist (you have to choose to purchase on the spot the day you get the clothes, and there is a no return policy). My Closet Audit session with Lauren was very enjoyable and helpful! She helped me get rid of a lot of clothes that were worn, outdated, or unflattering and helped me identify the gaps in my closet. She also gave me great tips about how to pair together different pieces in my closet for a more "cool" and put together look. I really enjoy the website/app where Lauren shared recommended items for me to purchase as well as inspiration pictures. I plan to work with Refined again in the future!

Loved my in-person color analysis with Lauren! I wasn’t sure what to expect going into it, other than what I’d seen on TikTok, but let me tell you it did not disappoint and I don’t think what you see on social media does it justice. The session was informative, thorough and really fun! 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking to identify which colors suit you best.
