I attended a few virtual counseling sessions with Renet'e and she was very unprofessional. She offered very vague remarks like, "don't do that to yourself", and seemed very distracted. Either her dog was barking or her phone was more interesting than her client (I saw her watching tiktoks/videos on her phone while I was speaking). It is very rare that I write reviews so much that the circumstance must be one where the situation is unavoidable for me. In this case, Ms. Washington admitted wrongdoing but because she did not approve of my reaction to her billing error -- erroneously charging me $75 -- she retaliates and decides that she’s not going to refund me and she never did. She’s clearly the one who needs counseling!
Just attended Prepare Enrich training with Refined Beginnings. Excellent training with invaluable tips on how to implement it in your own practice. I would highly recommend the training for anyone working with couples.
Renet’e Washington provided training to the Family Engagement Specialist of Norfolk Public Schools on Mental Health and Wellness. They received valuable information that they can use both professionally and personally. Her presentation style was engaging, informative and enjoyable.
