I originally chose Refined Aesthetics because of all the positive reviews, and now I completely understand why! From the very beginning, everything was incredibly easy. Setting up my appointment was a breeze, the follow-up confirmations were great, and the paperwork was quick and simple. Tina was amazing! Tina was amazing. When I came in I was so scared of the all the possibilities since I do have scarring on my lip and its one of my biggest insecurities. She walked me through the how process and made me feel so comfortable. I also had to bring my baby in with me and she was so patient with us. She’s also kept in touch since my appointment on Tuesday. I am in love with the progress so far and I can’t wait for the final product!
