Refine is an absolutely gorgeous wellness studio! I saw Stephanie Bonser for a lymphatic drainage massage, it was so lovely and relaxing. Stephanie went above and beyond to support me as I had several special accommodations and needed to take a few breaks during my massage. I can’t wait to go back for a follow up!
Really enjoyed my massage with Holly! Made me feel comfortable and really listened to my needs. Her technique was amazing and I feel so much relief after the treatment. Already booked my next appointment 😁

I've seen Dr. O'Neill for low back spasms 2 years ago and for shoulder pain (supraspinatis tear) recently. Both times she's helped me relieve the sharp pains and increased my mobility in those areas. I trust her judgment and her caring and attentive manner. And the office is very welcoming.
