Best I've felt after a massage
I had such an amazing acupuncture appointment with Kristin. She really took the time to understand my body and my needs. I also didn't feel a thing when the needles were going in. Highly recommend!!
Receiving services at Refine is a completely elevated experience, beginning to end. Everything about being in their space echoes wellness. Leaving Refine, I feel amazing in my body AND mind - almost as if have spent an entire afternoon at a beautiful spa. I have the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Megan O'Neill, and with all of her knowledge, compassion, and gentle care, she has made a hugely positive impact on my body, and she does it all with ease.
Beautiful and calming space, welcoming and warm reception, and fantastic physiotherapy. I had an incredibly positive experience and highly recommend Refine for all your wellness needs.
