I’ve been going to Altera for years now for both my filler and Botox. Both Emily and Hannah are amazing at what they do and I send all my girls to them. I love both Emily’s and Hannah’s techniques to achieve natural looking results with my tox and fillers. Their prices are hard to beat and they have a membership plan that makes it more affordable if you’re a returning client.

Altera is hands down the best in Savannah! I see Hannah for my injections and she is an absolute artist—gentle, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel so comfortable and confident. I also go to Kathryn for facials and my skin has never looked better. She takes her time, listens to my concerns, and customizes every treatment to exactly what I need. I truly trust them with my face and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I just got my lips done by Hannah and they are absolutely perfect! She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helped me pick the best type of filler for the look I wanted. And the best part I barely have any bruising! Definitely coming back and booking with Hannah again!
