I find Dr. Kim refreshing to what I have experienced in Eugene. My questions are answered and she elucidates very well. Entering the office and not shuffled from business office then from nurse to nurse to the doctor is a great experience. Reducing overhead tells me she is a savvy business owner. The office itself reminds me of my childhood neighborhood and the interior is simple which I greatly like. Parking is not a problem and Dr. Kim reminds me of the closeness I had with the Asian community in San Francisco.
Doesn't have a receptionist to check you in or confirm that the "doctor" will see you at your allotted timeframe. Doesn't acknowledge people as they come in the building. Honestly the absolute worst "doctors office" and most disrespectful "doctor"
In reading these other reviews I wonder if I had the same provider that I had. She put too much product in the wrong places in my forehead to the point that I looked like an evil superhero. When I wanted her to fix it I was told I looked better. My eyes were swollen to the point of almost being shut and one eye and eyelid after she “fixed” it was drastically different than the other one. Dr. Kim is a wonderful & compassionate physician who mindfully spends time listening to her patients in order to address their specific needs. I appreciated her multifaceted approach to providing me with quality patient care.
I would never put 5 stars. This is not a good place to go for medical ….beware and do not go here for any medical concerns
