I enjoyed working with REFeyeANCE for hair services. My hairstylist did a wonderful job and was so kind! I gave some notes after my trial, and she met my requests perfectly. All of my girls and the moms loved their hairstyles as well! I wish the actual company website and emails were more straightforward - the formatting was all over the place and they were very wordy which left more questions than answers.
100% would book every single time! I had a large party for hair and makeup (23 services total) and had to be finished by 1:30. The team they sent was phenomenal and we didn’t even have to start until 9am! It was such a smooth day and the girls that came were so friendly and kind. I truly wouldn’t have picked any other company to do my bridal hair and makeup.
Had our wedding in September. We had Holly and Jasmine for our hair and makeup. Everything went so smoothly from the booking, to the hair/makeup trial, and the day of. I was so in love with my hair and makeup done by Holly!
I used Refeyeance for my wedding day makeup and hair. I found them through The Knot and reached out to schedule a call since I’m not exactly a “pro” when it comes to doing my own hair or makeup and really wanted to talk through my vision. They are hard to reach, terrible in communication. As my fiance and I are preparing our wedding from different cities, communication was an absolute necessity in our case. They rarely replied within 3 days, and they failed to cc my fiancé’s email address even after asking them to do so several times. To be fair, our case could be an outlier, as they said that such miscommunication “rarely happens”. However, there are other issues we have experienced with this vendor.
