They are hard to reach, terrible in communication. As my fiance and I are preparing our wedding from different cities, communication was an absolute necessity in our case. They rarely replied within 3 days, and they failed to cc my fiancé’s email address even after asking them to do so several times. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I can’t begin to explain how terrible their communication was. From the very beginning, they constantly failed to cc either my fiancé or me, which made communication extremely difficult. My fiancé would receive half of the information, and I would receive the other half. REFeyeANCE was a DREAM for our April 2025 Wedding at Stone Valley Meadows. I love my bridal hair and Holly and Karesa did a great job with all my bridesmaids and family members. We appreciated their creativity, calming touch and flexibility in making sure each person felt comfortable, beautiful and respected. Definitely recommend!

We had Holly (hair and makeup), Karesa (makeup), and Rachel (hair) at The Steam Plant. Holly did my bridal hair and makeup trial and checked in leading up to the wedding day about any changes I potentially wanted to make. Karesa was my point of contact for the day-of schedule and was timely with communication. Everyone showed up on-time and finished according to our planned schedule.
