Jennifer served me very well in my Reference experiences! She answered my many questions, explained things to me patiently, and was top notch in her communications with me. I told her she is my “go to person “. Jennifer worked with me and researched my specific installation issues that I requested. Additionally, she sold me a beautiful TV that I just love! Reference provides to me the CONSISTENT (known salesperson) and PERSONAL attention to proper installation that I seek. The installation team is the BEST!
