I have to agree with most of the reviews. I have had a history of issues working with Refco management as an investor. After working with management companies throughout *** ***** *** ****** *** **********for commercial and residential - I can confidently recommend looking elsewhere. Management companies are supposed to work with owners and investors and help prevent and reduce issues for a building. They should be a source of stress relief and information. Avoid Refco at all costs! These guys are scam artists. They send out bills with due dates that are within 24hrs of the invoice date. Then they charge late fees. Someone needs to inform the city about this operation

Slumlords – Refco is a property management company run by thieves. Be warned, you WILL end up in court if you want your security deposit returned to you. Even after the attorney general got involved these creeps are trying to keep my money. The apartment I rented was mice infested, the electrical wiring was substandard, and had the laziest super on the planet. He NEVER picks up his phone!!! You will regret renting from Refco.
