We are deeply regretful to have caused this customer any stress or inconvenience. There was a honest and innocent mistake make by our staff which unfortunately resulted in the same dresser being sold twice. The dresser after the purchase was not marked SOLD properly so a different staff member went ahead and sold it again. The staff and I have discussed as a team how to prevent this from happening in the future. We have already implemented a new process to help ensure we don't let this happen again. Great inventory for good prices! Staff was very helpful and helped us carry everything out. I bought a loveseat, chair, and dining set for my apartment and it was very quick and easy here. Would definitely go back again!
Had a wonderful experience consigning items here today. Staff is so Very courteous and informative as to why they will or will not take items in. Will be working with them again.

Ginger 🐶 and I love ❤️ the store! We always find something unique! The staff is very friendly and helpful they even gave me a hand and helped me carry ginger in her stroller up to the second floor so I could browse up there! Lol
I went today. Emily was really helpful with everything and answered all my questions about consigning. I haven’t been there in a while and I was happy to see the changes they made so that I could continue shopping during COVID. Thanks so much for all you do. I love this place and I will be back soon. 😁
I loved Refab and it was my go to place. Exactly one year ago, I redecorated my daughters apartment and bought everything from Refab. Wow, you can tell they’ve become more popular and that they lost business bc of COVID. Their prices have increased dramatically. Last year, on a June 17, I bought a Todd Oldham linen couch that looked brand new for $175. Today they have a linen couch for $325. Nope, not spending my money there,anymore.
