We have been using Reeves for our insurance needs for 15 plus years. They find insurance for the best prices available. They help navigate our homeowner's insurance as companies in our area started sending cancelations. I have worked directly with both Paul and Jamie, that said everyone at office are wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend the company for their services.
I was a loyal customer with Mercury before I moved to Washington state. I sold my house in CA in November 2024 and I forgot to notify Jammie about my condo policy should end then bcz I never expect a refund from them. However, When I talk to when I told Jamie in April 2025, She told me I should get a refund and verify the date that I closed my home sale. After 2 weeks I got about $330 of refund of my home policy.
