I was a loyal customer with Mercury before I moved to Washington state. I sold my house in CA in November 2024 and I forgot to notify Jammie about my condo policy should end then bcz I never expect a refund from them. However, When I talk to when I told Jamie in April 2025, She told me I should get a refund and verify the date that I closed my home sale. After 2 weeks I got about $330 of refund of my home policy.
