Do not take your equipment to this shop. I had a 2000.00 DR tow behind lawn leaf vacuum that had a safety recall. Reeves was the only authorized DR repair agency close. The recall was to replace an incorrect bolt and washer. I took it to Reeves. I didn’t hear from them for a month and they don’t call back when you leave messages. i went up to the shop after one month and he said they just got the bolt and washer from DR and he would have my machine ready in a week.
