I rarely give any company 5 stars, but this company is great! They came right out and did an awesome job.
Did a great job in a timely fashion. Had trouble finding the grass I wanted but that was not his doing. Cleaned up after his work each day. I will recommend him to anyone seeking a recommendation.

No follow up to fix discrepancies in lawn/sod installation, poor drainage in one artificial creed/runoff bed, weeds growing through the supposedly weed proof liner of another creek bed, new lawn/sod not rolled, high and low spots, some low with mildew, all transplanted ground cover dead, sprinklers not adjusted, NO RESPONSE to telephone calls inquiring if emergency, important other business or family difficulties kept them from returning my calls, NO ANSWER, I guess $8500 is not worth follow up service. Contacted me immediately. Set up a visit time. He was on time and knows his trade. He is my go to company for my sprinkler sysytem.
As soon as I submitted my request to Service Magic, Randy Reeves called me. As he was in my area, he stopped by for an estimate. Shortly after that, another professional called. I decided to use Randy and was very pleased with the prompt ,knowlegible service and follow up. When I had a question the next day about the new set-up,Randy took my call immediately and solved the problem with me on the phone.
