I am genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism at this office. The customer service has been extremely poor—rude, condescending, and unhelpful throughout my experience. Working with Hannah has been especially frustrating. Chad claims hes not willing to give me a quote for my new company truck since I already have AutoOwners commercial auto policy for my 4 current trucks. Chad claims its unprofessional to have multiple commercial auto policies. State farm had no issue writing me a policy on the day I picked up the new truck, last month.
