AC went out July 2 with temps in the high 80s. Sent requests to a few service companies and Reeves was the first to respond. Communication was always timely. Part arrived next day and they were out to fix soon after. Couldn't be happier. Best experience with a service company in over 30 years of owning a home.
I had a wonderful experience with Reeves Heating and Cooling. My AC broke down on the hottest day of the year and my family recommended I call Jack Reeves, saying he was great! I put in an inquiry Sunday evening and Jack called me on Monday morning and put me on his schedule. He came to my house and immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. Jack, Kristin, and the rest of their team is great to work with. With no heat during the winter, they were able to get out to my house within a few hours of the call, diagnos the problem, and fix it. I would recommend them to anybody looking for quality work.
