As a business, I have been working with Reeves Floral Products for many years … their customer service could certainly use an immediate overhaul. Mr Stanley, the Owner is Reeves Floral, is the only one who really generates their gratitude for utilizing Reeves. Extremely disappointed in the current level of customer care … may need to begin exploring purchasing wholesale elsewhere ~ where customer care is exemplary! Reeves ~ you can, and should, raise the bar several notches for extraordinary customer care!

What a beautiful place, great experience with Tammy (Hall county). Tammy went beyond her customer care, and was great working with my daughter. However, the office staff was not very customer service friendly. I seemed as if I was an inconvenience to her, especially when she shut me down on my application being denied due to it being a church, which we also hold several events for our community at no charge.

This is wholesale only! Not open to the public. This info is only in small print on their website. And says open to the trade only. Not posted on the doors either.
