This is one of the rudest people filled places I’ve ever been to. I came here and the sign said flowers on the front so I started walking around to see what they had. The people that were working there started yelling at me saying I wasn’t allowed to be there or even enter the store because I didn’t own a business. I have never left a bad review. EVER. This place needs to work on costumer service and being more polite instead of ignoring their customers. My family came in the other day and I was told that they were kind to everyone else except for them. My family is hispanic everyone else was very much not. Kindness is much stronger than hate. And to the owner if you would like to keep your business running i suggest you give your employees advice on how to greet customers because looking at them and ignoring them will not help. As a business, I have been working with Reeves Floral Products for many years … their customer service could certainly use an immediate overhaul. Mr Stanley, the Owner is Reeves Floral, is the only one who really generates their gratitude for utilizing Reeves. Extremely disappointed in the current level of customer care … may need to begin exploring purchasing wholesale elsewhere ~ where customer care is exemplary! Reeves ~ you can, and should, raise the bar several notches for extraordinary customer care!
