Let me start by saying I have been here for appointments a few times now and all went ok prior. Today was a different story however. Waiting to see how it's handled before I update this review. Without sharing too much my tooth or filling on a broken tooth came off, while the hygienist was flossing and it got stuck. She didn't even notice. The response from the dentist was horrible. I chose this place due to the reviews mentioning how gentle the care was. I noticed others who mentioned they were anxious but were put at ease by the care. I made the appointment. The staff were exceptional taking my X-rays and very friendly. I told them I had several bad experiences which led to some lack of care. She mentioned a silver filling I have which is old. When the dentist came in I told him I had a deep root cleaning on a quadrant of my mouth and ended up with issues afterwards which I believed led to extraction ... read more
