The staff was friendly and professional. I think I have found the perfect place.
After my previous experience a few months ago with this dental office, I can honestly say this team has shown me nothing but support, compassion, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Incompetent! I needed a pre authorization from my insurance company for a crown. The first time they sent it under the wrong doctors name. While waiting another week or so for the second attempt the tooth started throbbing and I was in pain. I called the office twice and was told they would see if the doctor could call in some pain meds. I never heard back from them. Ended up eating soft foods. I love this place! very professional, took me back promptly, did a very good job of cleaning and checked for cavities. my hygienist was personable and friendly. I could not have been more pleased
Let me start by saying I have been here for appointments a few times now and all went ok prior. Today was a different story however. Waiting to see how it's handled before I update this review. Without sharing too much my tooth or filling on a broken tooth came off, while the hygienist was flossing and it got stuck. She didn't even notice. The response from the dentist was horrible.
