This is the best shop in town, hands down. Stylists are friendly & professional. The business is kept very clean. Managers Arie & Kirill always exceed expectations & make the place feel warm & welcoming.

My recent experience: I booked an appointment for 1pm and arrived at 12:50pm. The 1 PM stylist didn't even bother to ask before starting with someone else at the same time. After 25 minutes, when I inquired about my appointment and the delay, they casually asked if I could take another person who does mediocre work. She didn't do a good job, but I still tipped her; however, she seemed unhappy. Her reaction was very offensive. Although we pay a high service fee for mediocre work, the expectation of a tip still seems high.
Bootan is excellent hair stylist as always. He took time to finish the service with care. I would go to him next time.
