Had Mr. Reece come out to fix a clogged pipe that was beyond our ability to handle our selves. Right away I noticed an attitude when I called him "sir." I apologized but this how I was raised to speak to someone older than my self. He was not the friendliest. While my husband explained the problem and what we had already tried Mr. Reece continued to do all of the things already done.
