June 2026. Surprised me with same day service! Eight year old AC unit had stopped cooling on a hot day. Technician notified me when he was on his way. He walked me through everything he planned to do, when he was doing it, and what he was finding along with cell phone photos of his meter readings before and after each test. Required a new capacitor which he had on hand. After replacing the capacitor and restarting the system, he verified that the compressor had not been damaged during the failure.
