We’ve had great experiences with Reese Services. . We have our personal residence as well as rental properties under maintenance contracts and appreciate the responsive, professional service we’ve received on a consistent basis. Update 8/2026: Debbie and Michael both at Reese have done it again! We had a unit installed that has been plagued with issues that was not the fault of anyone but perhaps a less than stellar Carrier unit to begin with. Absolutely terrible experience. I paid this company $600 to repair my air conditioner, and instead of fixing the problem, they made it worse. My A/C was functioning before they touched it, but after their service, it was damaged and no longer worked properly. I trusted them to diagnose and repair the issue, but it feels like I paid $600 for them to ruin my system.
