About half way through my treatment and I have to say all of the staff is wonderful. Not just the staff that works on me but admin as well. Shout out to admin! They always work with my schedule. They are gentle. Dr. Reese really knows what he's doing, I am so happy with the results I am seeing so far. When I need to get in they go out of their way to make time for me. Tiffany, Heather, and Dr. Reese stayed an hour late on a Friday to fix my broken permanent retainer that was causing discomfort and I was not a patient of record. I am a patient of theirs now! The whole team was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely wanted to help me. I’m so grateful to them for their help so that I didn’t have to be in pain over the weekend. Dr. Reese and Heather are truly spectacular in not only ability, but how friendly, kind, and welcoming they are. The office has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. During my first visit, Dr. Reese listened to me carefully and answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. He immediately knew how to correct my bite and explained everything in detail. I noticed a significant improvement in my bite within just 24 hours of starting the treatment! I highly recommend this office!
Orignally loved the family atmosphere, easy scheduling and just simple atmosphere. More and more reschedules/scheduling is/are weeks out. Emergency apointments are on the denral assistance and 3 times in row my son has lost a nub for rubber band or bracket. Just bothered by the massive shift in consistency and care. Still a great doctpr but maybe taking on too much and perfecting too much as we are almost 3 years into a 26 month treatment has taken its toll
