We have been loyal patients at this office for years, ever since my two kids were born. However, we recently had a concerning experience when my nine-year-old daughter fell ill with COVID-19. We did not receive a call from the office with her test results, she was seeing by the new doctor. I don’t have any complain with Dr. Rees or nursing staff in person but the front desk staff are terribly unprofessional and rude in customer relationship. Have had enough and since Dr. Rees is retiring soon from professional duties, I did ask the front desk to fax my kids medical and vaccination record to my new choice of provider, they bluntly said the fax is not working. Not the same anymore. Will not recommend anymore. Someone needs to do something about it. Will be switching soon.

This is my second review. The first hit on staff turnover and long wait times and was years ago. Well that seems better, it seems the office went through some needed changes. The dr, yes dr we saw was pretty awesome but the nurse or whatever she was reeked of weed. I get it or whatever but at 9:30am?
