I was disappointed in the arrangement I had sent to my mother for Mother's Day from teleflora who contracted with Rees. I had placed order for the Reflections arrangement that was upgraded to deluxe and what was sent was a puney arrangement that I could have gone in Krogers and got for 12.00. I contacted Teleflora and they weren't very helpful. I will never use Rees again. I feel that when we order flowers from out of town you are at the mercy of the fowler shop. I ordered flowers for my wife recently and they lasted for weeks. My wife said they were the most beautiful she'd ever gotten.

I live in Virginia and needs to find a place that could deliver flowers to a friend at a hospital before the day was over, and it was already afternon time...Not knowing that area, I called Rees and unfortunately the hospital was too far for her drivers to come back and get to in time. Instead of saying she couldn't help me, she let me know that she couldn't get there in time to get it done today, and then she took the time to get me a phone number of a shop that was close to that hospital.
