I guess the clinic itself is ok but the customer service is less than to be desired. I have called about a problem and I don't get a response until the next day or 2 days. You call and it goes to a machine and when you choose an option it goes to another machine. Don't they think that parents want to talk to a real person and not a machine. This is a clinic for children and the staff should be willing to talk to the parents and be able to put their worries as ease. They need to work on that.
