I recently started seeing Dr. Navuluri in 2024 for regular check-ups and to manage my high blood pressure. I have been pleased with her care as well as the RUSH System. Dr. Navuluri has always been on time, thorough and attentive to my needs. She has been very responsive to any follow-up or questions I have had via the MyChart system. She and her office staff are very kind and efficient each time I have visited.

I added an extra star to my review because despite the bad experience with the doctor, the practice administrator Grace called me and was so kind. Here is my original review on Reena Navuluri. I took off work hoping to get help. I’ve been sick since September. I waited for this appointment only to be told why I came. I normally see Patel, but this doctor was actually assigned as my PCP. Very attentive. Thoughtful. Patient with older mom. Due to Rush system hard to communicate by phone. Communicates well through portal.

If I could rate no stars I would. My father went here desperate for help due to his difficulty sleeping due to anxiety. She told him "Your here about your blood pressure, you'll have to make another appointment for that." They did not do the suicide screening or depression screening for my father who just before the appointment felt so hopeless and that increased after seeing Dr. Navuluri. Dr Navuluri is always so helpful. She takes the time to explain conditions, responds quickly on my chart, and helps to find the right referral.
