My partner and I came here a month ago to look at engagement rings to see what shape stone looked nice and it was the worst experience ever. The lady could care less that we were there. She offered no explanation or suggestions for us and just let me choose what I wanted. We were excited as this was the first stop we did and it honestly ruined the entire experience. She was more interested in my bracelet than anything. I hate this store as that’s something I’ll remember as the beginning of my ring shopping.
