I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time and was dreading the pain. The doctor found two cavities, but finished both in about 10 minutes with no anesthesia. He asked if I wanted it, but didn't think I'd need it, and he was right: it was so quick and easy I asked him three times if we were actually done. My teeth look great now and are pain free. I love this place because all the staff are very friendly. I always recommend them because they do a great job, I have been in treatment with them for four years and I always have an excellent experience.
I didn’t like my experience at this clinic. I refused laughing gas for my 11-year-old child, and the doctor’s attitude immediately changed. She made it clear that the treatment would be easier with laughing gas- apparently easier for her, regardless of my concerns about the potential effects on my child. She did not explain why laughing gas was necessary for a fully conscious and cooperative child. After I refused it, I felt that the doctor made very little effort to proceed with the treatment.
