I tried to be nice and I didn't leave a bad review the first time but maybe I should have. I did my sleep study March 1st of 2025 and couldn't get an appointment with Dr. Beckerly for a follow up until July 17th. Okay, it's not an emergency, I'll live with it, doctors are in high demand. I went to see Dr Beckerly. She seemed knowledgeable. She told me I needed an in office sleep study. She knew that I had chronic intractable migraines. Sleep was a huge issue for me. She told me that I had to have my sleep study at the Naperville location only. However, that she would make sure they let me sleep in until at least 7am. My appt with her was the end of July 2025. I had an appointment with Dr Beckerly. My sleep study was done 3 weeks ago, and I was told by Ben, the RT, that the new C-pap machine had to be approved by the insurance carrier ... which it was on that same day. Today, I finally called to find out what the holdup was and the sleep machine distributor said that Ben had made an error with my name, so nothing had been done the past 3 weeks.
